The Livestock & Dairy Development Department (Extension Wing), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has released an official departmental promotion notice inviting online applications from eligible, regular Class-IV employees. This promotion drive aims to fill in-service quota vacancies for the post of Junior Clerk (BPS-11) through a departmental promotion typing test conducted via the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA).

Eligible in-service candidates meeting the criteria must submit their applications through the online ETEA portal and complete the required CNIC verification step prior to the deadline.

• (In-Service Quota) Junior Clerk (BPS-11) – Minimum 2 years regular Class-IV service, Intermediate 2nd Division, and 30 wpm typing speed.

Terms & Conditions

• Eligibility: Open strictly to regular Class-IV employees of the Livestock & Dairy Development Department (Extension Wing), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

• Verification Mandatory: Candidates must generate an e-Sahulat token from the ETEA portal and verify their CNIC at any NADRA e-Sahulat kiosk prior to submitting the online application.

• Selection Process: Passing the ETEA typing test does not guarantee promotion; candidates will undergo further scrutiny by the Departmental Promotion Committee based on seniority-cum-fitness and service records.

• Disqualification: Incomplete applications, false information, pending disciplinary proceedings, or an adverse service record will lead to rejection.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the departmental promotion typing test.

How to Apply

1. Visit the official ETEA portal at www.etea.edu.pk.

2. Register/log in to your profile, generate the e-Sahulat token, and get your CNIC verified at a NADRA e-Sahulat kiosk.

3. Complete and submit the online application form for the Junior Clerk (BPS-11) promotion test.

4. Print the generated deposit slip and pay the non-refundable test fee via EasyPaisa App, EasyPaisa Agent, or UBL Bank branch.

5. Retain the original stamped candidate copy of the deposit slip (do not send hard copies or testimonials to the ETEA office).

6. Roll number slips indicating the date, time, and venue of the typing test will be issued online; candidates will be notified via SMS.
