Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited (PRCL), a public sector listed State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) under the Ministry of Commerce and the sole reinsurance entity in Pakistan, has announced exciting career opportunities for fresh graduates. PRCL is offering an on-the-job training program as Management Trainee Officer (MTO) initially for a period of one year.

This training program is designed to build capacity among fresh university graduates across Pakistan. • Eligibility Qualification:

  • Fresh graduates possessing a Master's degree or 4-year Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university/institute in Insurance, Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science / Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Human Resource, or equivalent with at least 50% marks or 2.0 CGPA out of 4.0 / 3.0 CGPA out of 5.0; OR

  • Equivalent professional qualifications such as ACII, CA, ACCA, ICMA, CIMA, or PIPFA.

Terms and Conditions

3. Career Progression: The appointment will initially be made as a "Trainee." Upon satisfactory performance and completion of one year, subject to competent authority approval, successful trainees will be offered positions as "Management Associate" as per company policy.

4. TA/DA: Candidates will not be entitled to any TA/DA for appearing in the written test or interview.

5. Document Verification: Original documents along with HEC-verified testimonials will be required during the interview.

6. Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews, and selection will follow approved company policies.

7. Canvassing: Any attempt to influence the recruitment and selection process will result in immediate disqualification.
