List of PPMC Positions

PPMC is currently accepting applications for the following MTO disciplines:

• MTO Data Science: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Candidates should be proficient in Python, SQL, and modern AI/ML frameworks.

• MTO Economics: Requires at least a Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Energy Economics from an HEC-recognized institution. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with statistical software (e.g., S and R) is an advantage.

• MTO HR: Requires a 4-year Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields with relevant specialization. Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential.

General Conditions

• Academic Standing: Local graduates must have a minimum CGPA of 3.00/4.00, 4.00/5.00, or 80% marks. Foreign graduates require 65% marks.

• Fresh Graduates: Degrees must not have been issued more than three years prior to the advertisement date.

• Age Limit: The maximum age limit is 30 years; no age relaxation is permitted.

• Remuneration: Selected candidates will receive a lump-sum monthly package of Rs. 100,000/-.

• Contract Duration: The initial engagement is for one year. Future career progression to Assistant Specialist/Assistant Manager is possible based on performance and vacancy availability.
