• PNMC Registration: Active registration with the Pakistan Nursing & Midwifery Council (PNMC) is strictly required for all academic ranks.

• Professor Criteria: MSN/MSPH + Post-RN BSN/G BSN with a minimum of 7 years of relevant teaching/clinical experience.

• Associate Professor Criteria: MSN/MSPH + Post-RN BSN/G BSN with a minimum of 5 years of relevant teaching/clinical experience.

• Assistant Professor Criteria: MSN/MSPH + Post-RN BSN with a minimum of 2 years of relevant teaching/clinical experience.

• Lecturer / Instructor Criteria: Post-RN BSN/G BSN with a minimum of 5 years of relevant teaching/clinical experience.

• Campus Location: All positions are based at the Margalla Institute of Health Sciences, Gulraiz 3, Rawalpindi.
