• Contract Duration: Appointments are strictly on a daily-wage, work-charge basis for a period of up to 89 days under the Schedule of Wage Rates 2025.

• Recruitment Policy: Selection will be made purely on merit as per the prevailing government recruitment policy for contingent staff.

• No Regularization Rights: The appointment is temporary and temporary in nature, conferring no right to claim regular appointment or permanent status.

• Compensation: Monthly wages will be paid as per the official Schedule of Wage Rates 2025 approved by the Finance Department, Government of Punjab.

• Code of Conduct: Unannounced absences without prior notice are strictly prohibited.

• Authority Rights: The competent authority reserves the full right to terminate any work-charge staff member at any time without prior notice.
