• Work charge contingent paid staff will be registered keeping their skills in view according to the Market Committee Regulation 2026.

• Appointments will be made on a work charge basis (89 days) as per the Schedule of Wage Rate 2025 approved by the Finance Department, Government of Punjab. Extension is subject to good performance.

• Recruitment will follow the government's current recruitment policy for work charge contingent paid staff on merit. These positions are purely temporary, and employees will have no right to permanent regularization.

• Work charge contingent paid staff can be deployed or transferred as needed within the Vegetable/Fruit Market or Office sub-offices during the financial year.

• Preference will be given to experienced candidates.

• The competent authority holds the right to terminate any work charge staff member at any time.
