Terms & Conditions

1. Contingent paid staff will be registered in accordance with the Market Committee Regulations 2026 based on their skill sets.

2. Recruitment will strictly be made on a work-charge basis for 89 days as per the Daily Wages Rate Schedule 2025 approved by the Finance Department, Government of the Punjab. Extensions may be granted based on satisfactory performance.

3. Appointments will be made strictly on merit as per the Recruitment Policy for Contingent Paid Staff issued by the Government of Punjab. All positions are temporary and carry no right for permanent or regular appointment.

4. Work-charge contingent staff will be hired on an as-needed basis throughout the financial year.

5. Selected candidates can be posted at any Fruit and Vegetable Mandi under the jurisdiction of the Market Committee, Lahore.

6. Preference will be given to candidates possessing prior experience with the Market Committee.

7. Monthly salaries/wages will be paid according to the government-fixed schedule rates.

8. Unannounced absence without prior notice/permission will not be allowed.

9. The competent authority reserves the right to terminate any work-charge/contingent employee at any time without prior notice.
