The Office of Market Committee Mandi Bahauddin has announced recruitment opportunities for contingent paid and daily wage staff for the Financial Year 2026–27. Applications are invited from eligible candidates possessing a domicile of Punjab to fill various Class-IV and support staff positions. Appointments will be made purely on a short-term temporary basis in accordance with government recruitment policies and regulations.

Terms & Conditions

1. Skill Assessment & Registration: Contingent paid/daily wage staff will be registered considering their expertise in accordance with the Punjab Market Committee Regulations 2026.

2. Contract Tenure: Appointments will be strictly on a temporary basis for a period of 75 days as per approved rates from the Finance Department, Government of the Punjab.

3. Nature of Appointment: Recruitment will be governed by current government recruitment policies on merit. Positions are temporary and do not confer any right to permanent absorption or regularization.

4. Call Duty: Contingent staff may be called for duty as per requirement during the financial year.

5. Posting Location: Selected candidates can be posted at the Market Committee Mandi Bahauddin main office, sub-markets, or any field locations under its administrative jurisdiction.

6. Wages: Monthly wages will be disbursed strictly in accordance with government-notified daily wage rates.

7. Leave/Absence Notice: No advance notice for leave or absence will be granted to daily wage staff.

8. Termination Rights: The competent authority reserves the right to terminate the service of contingent paid staff at any time without prior notice.
