Terms & Conditions

• Regulation Standard: Contingent and work-charge staff will be registered based on skill criteria under PAMRA Regulations 2021.

• Contract Duration: Appointments are strictly on a work-charge basis for 75 days under the Schedule of Wage Rates 2025 approved by the Finance Department, Government of Punjab.

• Selection Policy: Recruitment will be carried out purely on merit in accordance with the government's contingent staff recruitment policy.

• Employment Status: Posts are temporary in nature and confer no right to claim regular appointment or permanent status.

• Engagement Schedule: Appointed staff will be called for duty periodically throughout the financial year as needed.

• Compensation: Monthly wages will be paid strictly according to the government-prescribed Schedule of Wage Rates 2025.

• Leave Rules: Unannounced leaves without prior notice or approval are strictly prohibited.

• Authority Rights: The competent authority reserves the full right to terminate any work-charge staff member at any time without prior notice.
