Terms & Conditions

• Work charge / daily paid contingent staff will be registered considering their skill set in accordance with the Punjab Market Committees Regulations 2026.

• Appointments will be strictly on a 89-day work charge basis per the Schedule of Wage Rates 2025 approved by the Finance Department, Government of Punjab.

• Recruitment will strictly follow the recruitment policy, work charge contingent staff policy, and merit guidelines issued by the government. The nature of employment is purely temporary, conferring no right to permanent status or regularization.

• Monthly remuneration for work charge / daily paid contingent staff will be disbursed according to the government's prescribed daily wage rates schedule 2025.

• Staff members are not permitted to take leave without prior notification.

• The competent authority reserves the right to terminate any work charge / daily paid staff member at any given time without prior notice.
