Terms & Conditions

• Registration: Work-charged / contingent staff will be registered based on their skill set in accordance with the Punjab Market Committees Regulations 2026.

• Wages: Appointments will be strictly on a 89-day work-charged basis according to the Schedule of Wage Rates 2025 approved by the Finance Department.

• Nature of Post: Recruitment will follow the Work-Charged / Contingent Staff Policy on open merit. These appointments are purely temporary and grant no right to regularization or permanent employment.

• Work Engagement: Contingent staff will be called for duty periodically during the financial year based on operational requirement.

• Posting Location: Selected candidates can be posted anywhere under the administrative jurisdiction or field areas of Market Committee Pindi Bhattian.

• Remuneration: Monthly wages will be paid as prescribed by the Government.

• Leaves & Termination: Contingent staff are strictly not allowed leaves without prior notice. The competent authority reserves the right to terminate contingent staff at any time.
