Terms & Conditions

1. PAMRA Registration: Daily wager staff will be registered considering their skills in accordance with PAMRA Regulation 2021.

2. Employment Basis: Appointments will be made on a work-charge basis (75 days) under the Schedule of Wage Rates 2025, as approved by the Finance Department, Government of the Punjab.

3. Recruitment Policy & Merit: Recruitment will follow government recruitment policies and work-charge contingency staff policies strictly on merit. The nature of employment is temporary and does not grant any right to permanent appointment or regularization.

4. Wages & Pay Rate: Monthly wages for daily wager staff will be paid according to fixed government rates.

5. Preference: Candidates with prior experience in relevant government/departmental roles will be given preference.

6. Termination Rights: The competent authority reserves the right to terminate any daily wager staff member at any time without prior notice.

7. Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be informed and contacted for the interview process.
