Terms & Conditions

• Regulations: Work-charge / contingent paid staff will be registered strictly in accordance with the Punjab Market Committees Regulations 2026.

• Nature of Recruitment: Recruitment will be made on a temporary / work-charge basis for a period of 89 days as per the Schedule of Wage Rates 2025 approved by the Government of the Punjab Finance Department.

• Regularization: Appointments are purely temporary in nature on merit, and employees shall have no right to claim permanent appointment or regularization.

• Placement & Deployment: Selected candidates can be posted or deployed at any vegetable/fruit market or field area under the administration of Market Committee Sahiwal based on administrative need.

• Wage Payment: Monthly remuneration will be disbursed strictly according to government-fixed rates for work-charge staff.

• Termination: The competent authority reserves the right to terminate any work-charge staff member at any time without prior notice.
