Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) Hayatabad Medical Complex (HMC) / Khyber Girls Medical College (KGMC) Peshawar and its constituents have announced new recruitment opportunities. Applications are invited from eligible male and female candidates from across Pakistan for various medical specialist and registrar positions.

These positions are offered on a contractual, non-extendable basis (02 years for Experiential/Specialist Registrar and 03 years for Trainee Registrar) under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical & Teaching Institutions Reform Act 2015. Terms & Conditions

• Processing Fee (Non-Refundable): Rs. 1,000/- payable via Bank Draft / Payment Order in favor of Hospital Director-MTI-HMC or through direct deposit at Bank of Khyber, HMC Branch, Receipt Account (Branch Code 5185, A/C No. PLS-3002107103).

• Civil Servants Eligibility: Civil servants are eligible only if non-civil servant candidates are unavailable, provided their salary comes from their civil servant post. Preference will be given to non-civil servant applicants.

• Shortlisting Criteria: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews based on their pre-interview marks. Experience marks will be awarded only for relevant subject/field experience.

• Original Documents: Original academic credentials, PM&DC registration, and experience certificates must be presented at the time of the interview.

• Disqualification Grounds: Candidates will be disqualified if convicted by a court of law, dismissed from public service, furnishing false information/forged documents, tampering with certificates, or misbehaving during the interview.

• Holiday Adjustment: If the closing date falls on an official holiday, the next working day shall be considered the closing date.

• No TA/DA: No Travelling Allowance or Daily Allowance will be paid for appearing in the test or interview.

• Department Rights: The competent authority reserves the right to cancel any post as per MTI-HMC requirements.

1. Download the prescribed application form from the official HMC website at http://www.hmckp.gov.pk/downloads.php.

2. Pay the non-refundable application fee of Rs. 1,000/- via Bank Draft, Payment Order, or direct deposit in Bank of Khyber, HMC Branch.

3. Fill out the application form completely and attach:

   • Detailed bio-data / CV

   • Attested copies of academic certificates, degrees, and PM&DC registration

   • Attested copies of experience certificates and domicile certificate

   • Attested copy of CNIC

   • Two (02) recent passport-size photographs

   • Original Bank Draft / Payment Order / Deposit Slip

4. Submit the completed application form personally or send it via registered courier service to:
