Terms & Conditions

• Processing Fee (Non-Refundable):

  • Serial No. 01 to 07: Rs. 2,000/-

  • Serial No. 08: Rs. 1,000/-

• Multiple Applications: Candidates intending to apply for more than one position must apply separately for each post with separate fees and envelopes.

• Government/Public Sector Employees: Applicants currently serving in public or private sector organizations must apply through the proper channel with a valid NOC.

• Legal Affidavit: Selected candidates must sign an affidavit on judicial stamp paper stating that they shall not claim regularization of their service.

• Quotas: Quotas for minorities and disabled persons will be observed per applicable laws and rules of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

• Document Presentation: Original documents must be produced at the time of the interview. Incomplete applications, missing experience certificates/degrees, or degree-in-progress cases will lead to disqualification.

• No TA/DA: No Travelling Allowance or Daily Allowance will be paid for tests or interviews.

• Department Rights: The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel vacancies without assigning any reason.

How to Apply

2. Download and print the fee challan form, then pay the non-refundable processing fee at designated banks or digital channels (Easypaisa, JazzCash, online banking).

3. Re-login to your portal account after payment confirmation, download, and sign the completed online application form.

4. Prepare the physical application packet containing:

   • Signed online application form

   • Covering letter

   • Attested copies of academic credentials, experience certificates, domicile, and CNIC

   • Two (02) recent passport-size photographs

   • Original bank deposit slip/fee receipt

5. Clearly mention the Title of the Post on the top right corner of the envelope.

6. Send the complete physical application dossier via courier service only (by-hand or email submissions will not be accepted) to:
