The Medical Teaching Institution (MTI), Nowshera, including the Qazi Hussain Ahmad Medical Complex and Nowshera Medical College, has announced several high-level career opportunities. As an autonomous body under the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, MTI Nowshera is seeking qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals for the following positions.

Available Vacancies

1. Director Human Resource (HR)

• Tenure: 3-year contract (extendable).

• Education: Master’s in Business Administration, Public Administration, or HR Management. MS/MBA with HR specialization preferred.

• Experience: Minimum 8 years in HR Management (preferably in a 500-bed hospital), with at least 5 years in a senior management role.

2. Chief Internal Auditor

• Tenure: 3-year contract (extendable).

• Education: CA/ACCA/CIMA/MBA Finance. Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) preferred.

• Experience: 7–10 years of relevant experience in internal audit (depending on qualification), with 4 years in a senior leadership role.

3. Manager Supply Chain

• Tenure: 3-year contract (extendable).

• Education: Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, MBA, or Public Administration.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in supply chain and procurement. Sound knowledge of KPPRA and PPRA rules is required.

4. Manager Information Technology (IT)

• Tenure: 3-year contract (extendable).

• Education: M.Phil/MS or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering (AI/IT).

• Experience: 5 years as Network Administrator, Programmer, or IT Manager. Expertise in network security, Windows platform, and troubleshooting is essential.

5. Manager Facilities

• Tenure: 3-year contract (extendable).

• Education: Master’s degree or 16-year Bachelor’s in Management, Environmental Sciences, or Engineering.

• Experience: 5 years of post-qualification experience in facility management (hospitals/hospitality industry preferred).
