Terms & Conditions

• Appointments will be made on a 3-year contract basis, extendable as per the MTI Act.

• Market-based, competitive salary packages will be offered to the selected candidates.

• Services will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical & Teaching Institutions Reform Act 2015 and relevant rules/regulations as amended from time to time.

• Civil servants, if selected, must submit evidence of an accepted resignation from civil service within 90 days of arrival.

• Serving government employees applying for these posts must submit an NOC from their parent department, failing which their candidature will be considered ineligible.

• Shortlisting will be based on pre-interview marks, and only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.

• Original documents must be produced at the time of the interview.

• No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test or interview.

• The competent authority reserves the power to cancel any post as per the requirements of MTI Nowshera.
