The Military Lands & Cantonments Department (ML&C), under the Ministry of Defence, Rawalpindi, has announced several career opportunities for Pakistani citizens. These positions are distributed across various regional quotas including Punjab, Sindh, KPK, FATA, and Balochistan.

All appointments will be made under the Civil Servant Act, 1973, and selected candidates may be transferred to any station throughout Pakistan.

Vacant Positions and Detail of Quotas

1. Assistant (BS-15)

• Total Posts: 09

• Quotas: Open Merit (01), Punjab (04), Sindh-R (01), KPK (02), FATA (01).

• Qualification: Graduate (2nd Division) from an HEC-recognized university.

• Experience: Minimum 02 years of experience and proficiency in MS Office (Project, Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Skill Test: Typing speed of 40 w.p.m is required.

• Age Limit: 18 to 28 years (plus 05 years general age relaxation).

2. Stenotypist (BS-14)

• Total Posts: 15

• Quotas: Open Merit (01), Punjab (11 including women), Sindh-U (01), Sindh-R (02).

• Qualification: Intermediate.

• Skill Test: Typing speed of 40 w.p.m and Shorthand speed of 80 w.p.m.

• Age Limit: 18 to 25 years (plus 05 years general age relaxation).

3. Upper Division Clerk - UDC (BS-13)

• Total Posts: 08

• Quotas: Punjab (05 including women), Sindh-U (01), Sindh-R (01), Balochistan (01).

• Qualification: Intermediate (2nd Division).

• Skill Test: Typing speed of 40 w.p.m and MS Office proficiency.

• Age Limit: 18 to 25 years (plus 05 years general age relaxation).

4. S/D Man (BS-11)

• Total Posts: 02

• Quotas: Sindh-U (01), Balochistan (01).

• Qualification: Matric with a 03-year Diploma in Surveying/Draftsmanship or Civil Engineering from a government-recognized institution.

• Age Limit: 18 to 25 years (plus 05 years general age relaxation).

Terms and Conditions

• Regular Basis: All vacancies are on a regular basis with a one-year probation period.

• Testing: Candidates will undergo a written test covering analytical, quantitative, psychological abilities, and English proficiency, followed by an IT/skill test.

• Government Employees: Must apply through the proper channel and provide an NOC at the time of the interview.

• Medical & Character: Shortlisted candidates must provide a Police Verification Certificate and a Medical Fitness Certificate from a Cantonment General Hospital (CGH).
