Terms & Conditions

• Engagement Tenure: The hiring of STIs will be purely temporary, institution-specific, non-transferable, and contractual for a maximum period of up to nine (09) months (excluding summer vacations) or until the joining of a regular incumbent, whichever is earlier.

• Age Limit: Candidates falling within the age limit of 21 to 45 years as of the closing date for submission of applications are eligible to apply.

• No Claim to Regularization: The engagement shall not confer any right to regular appointment, extension of tenure, permanent absorption, or continuation in service.

• Preference: Preference will be given to candidates possessing professional teaching qualifications (B.Ed./M.Ed.) and relevant teaching experience.

• Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates must present their original CNIC, domicile, educational/professional certificates, and experience documents at the time of the interview.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA shall be admissible for test/interview.

• Incomplete & Late Applications: Incomplete applications or those received after the closing date will not be entertained.

• Disqualification: Any false, forged, or fabricated information/document submitted will lead to immediate disqualification and legal action.

• Authority Rights: The STI Hiring Committee/Competent Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies, withhold or cancel the recruitment process, or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason.

2. Alternatively, candidates can obtain the free application form directly from the office of the Principal/Head of the relevant School/College during office hours (09:00 AM to 02:00 PM) on working days.

3. Duly fill out the application form and attach attested copies of:

   • CNIC

   • Punjab Domicile

   • Educational Qualification Certificates/Degrees & Transcripts

   • Professional Qualification Certificates (if applicable)

   • Experience Certificates (if applicable)

   • Two recent passport-size photographs

4. Submit the complete application dossier BY HAND to the Principal/Head of the relevant School/College where the vacancy exists.

5. Applications sent via e-mail, courier, WhatsApp, or submitted on any form other than the prescribed application form will NOT be accepted.

6. Candidates applying for more than one post or institution must submit a separate application form along with separate sets of supporting documents.
