Terms & Conditions

1. Preference shall be given to candidates possessing professional qualifications (B.Ed. / M.Ed.) along with relevant teaching experience.

2. The engagement of STIs shall be purely temporary, institution-specific, non-transferable, and contractual for a maximum period of up to nine (09) months, excluding summer vacations, or till the joining of a regular incumbent, whichever is earlier.

3. Only candidates falling within the age limit of 21 to 45 years as on the closing date for submission of applications shall be eligible to apply.

4. The engagement shall not confer any right to regular appointment, extension of tenure, permanent absorption, or continuation in service.

5. The list of shortlisted candidates shall be displayed on the notice board of the concerned institution on the date of the interview before commencement. Candidates must produce their original CNIC, domicile, educational/professional certificates, and experience documents at the time of the interview. No TA/DA shall be admissible.

6. Incomplete applications or applications received after the closing date shall not be entertained.

7. Any false, forged, or fabricated information/document shall result in immediate disqualification; if detected after engagement, the placement shall be treated as void ab initio and canceled without notice.

8. The STI Hiring Committee/Competent Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies, withhold or cancel the recruitment process, or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason. Its decision regarding scrutiny, merit, and selection shall be final.

9. Interviews shall be conducted at the respective educational institution where the vacancy exists, in accordance with the notified interview schedule.

10. The merit list shall be prepared strictly in accordance with the MLWC STI Policy, 2026, and only eligible candidates shall be considered for interview.

11. The decision of the Competent Authority regarding eligibility, merit, selection, and interpretation of the provisions of this advertisement shall be final and shall not be challenged at any Court.

How to Apply

1. Download the prescribed Application Form using the official Google Drive link provided in the hiring notification or obtain it free of cost from the office of the Principal/Head of the relevant School/College during office hours (09:00 a.m. to 02:00 p.m.) on working days.

2. Fill out the application form completely and attach attested copies of CNIC, Punjab Domicile, Educational Certificates/DMCs, Professional Qualification Certificates (if any), Experience Certificates (if any), and two recent passport-size photographs.

3. Submit the hard copy of the completed application by hand to the Principal/Head of the relevant School/College where the STI vacancy exists within the prescribed office hours.

4. Only hard copies submitted on the prescribed form will be accepted. Applications sent through email, courier, WhatsApp, or any other mode will not be accepted.

5. Candidates applying for more than one post or institution must submit a separate Application Form along with required supporting documents for each post/institution.
