• Policy Framework: Recruitments will be made strictly in accordance with the MP Scales Policy, 2020, issued by the Establishment Division, Government of Pakistan.

• Contract Period: Appointments will be made on a contract basis, initially for a period of three (03) years. This is further extendable for a maximum period of two (02) years on an annual (yearly) basis, subject to satisfactory performance.

• Age Limit: The maximum age limit for these positions is 62 years, which will be calculated precisely as of the closing date for application submissions.

• Government Servants: Candidates currently working in the government sector must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their present employer at the time of application submission.

• Selection Process: Only short-listed candidates will be called for the interview stage. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview.

• Rejections: Applications that are incomplete or received after the official deadline will be rejected automatically.

• Ministry Rights: The Ministry of Commerce reserves the right to cancel or postpone this recruitment process at any stage.
