Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following academic and professional requirements:

Category	Requirement
Qualification	A Masters or Professional Degree/Qualification in Law, Business, Economics, Accountancy, Tariffs and Trade, or Commerce.
Experience	Minimum fifteen (15) years of professional work experience in the fields mentioned above or other trade-related technical fields.
Preference	Special consideration for candidates with knowledge or work experience in Trade Remedy Laws.
Nationality	Must be a citizen of Pakistan.

Disqualifications

Applicants will be disqualified if they:

• Have been convicted of an offense involving moral turpitude.

• Have been adjudged insolvent.

• Are declared physically or mentally unfit by a Federal Government medical board.

• Fail to disclose a conflict of interest as per the NTC Act, 2015.
