The Military Lands and Cantonments Department, Ministry of Defence, Government of Pakistan, has announced administrative career opportunities in Rawalpindi. Applications are invited from qualified and experienced female candidates to head the Cantt Public Education System at Cantt Public Girls High School Lalazar, Chaklala Cantt.

Terms & Conditions

• Educational Qualification: MA / MSc / BS (16 years of education); MS / M.Phil is preferred. B.Ed degree is mandatory.

• Experience Requirement: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Candidates with previous experience as Principal or Vice Principal at the SSC level will be preferred.

• Age Limit: 30 to 55 years (upper age limit is calculated as of the application closing date).

• Contract & Transferability: The position is strictly contract-based and non-transferable.

• Ineligibility: Individuals previously terminated or disengaged from any position within the Cantt Public Education System are not eligible to apply. Existing eligible faculty members may apply.

• Document Verification: Attested copies of CNIC and HEC-verified degrees must be submitted at the time of the interview.

• General Rules: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for written tests and interviews. No TA/DA will be provided. The department reserves the right to postpone or cancel the hiring process at any stage.
