Terms & Conditions

• Civil Servant Rules: Appointments will be governed by the Civil Servants Act, 1973 and prevailing recruitment rules.

• Quota Distribution: Posts in BPS-06 to BPS-14 will be filled on an all-Pakistan merit/regional quota basis, whereas posts in BPS-01 to BPS-05 will be filled on a local basis.

• Government Employees: Serving government employees must apply through the proper official channels.

• Age Limits & Relaxation: The standard age limit is 18 to 25 years. A general age relaxation of 5 years is already granted as per government rules. Additional upper age relaxation is admissible under specific categories:

  • Scheduled Castes, Buddhist Community, Recognized Tribes of Tribal Areas, Azad Kashmir, Northern Areas (Gilgit-Baltistan), and Sindh (Rural): 3 years.

  • Released/Retired Armed Forces personnel: 15 years or actual military service duration, whichever is less.

  • Government servants with 2 years of continuous service by the closing date: up to 10 years (up to age 55).

  • Disabled persons: 10 years.

  • Widow/son/daughter of a civil servant who died during service: 5 years.

• Document Verification: Candidates must bring original educational and experience certificates along with verified copies at the time of the test/interview.

• Travel Allowance: No TA/DA will be admissible for test or interview appearances.

• Probation Period: All appointments are on a regular basis, subject to a one-year probation period extendable up to two years.

• Age and Qualification Calculation: Age and qualification will be calculated as of the closing date for application submission.

How to Apply

• Prepare your application form specifying the applied post, personal credentials, educational qualifications, and mailing address.

• Attach a Postal Order of Rs. 600/- issued in favor of Commandant, School of Infantry & Tactics, Quetta (Civil Cell) along with the application. (Note: Posts in BPS-01 to BPS-05 are exempt from the postal order fee).

• Attach attested copies of educational degrees/certificates, CNIC, domicile, experience certificates, and recent photographs.

• Preference will be given during interviews to candidates who enclose copies of experience certificates along with their application.

• Dispatch the completed application via postal mail/courier to:
