Terms and Conditions

  • Governing Rules: Recruitment will be governed under Civil Servants Act 1973 and relevant government recruitment policies.

  • Quota Distribution: Positions in BPS-06 to BPS-14 will be recruited on an All-Pakistan quota basis. Positions in BPS-01 to BPS-05 are reserved for local candidates.

  • Government Employees: Serving government employees must submit their applications through proper administrative channels.

  • Age Relaxation Policy: General age limit is 18 to 25 years. Upper age relaxation is admissible as per Federal Government rules:

    • 3 years for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Buddhist Community, Recognized Tribes of Azad Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Rural Sindh.

    • 15 years (or actual length of service, whichever is less) for retired/released Armed Forces personnel.

    • Up to 10 years for serving government employees with 2 years of continuous service.

    • 10 years for disabled individuals.

    • 5 years for widows, sons, or daughters of civil servants who died during service.

  • Probation Period: All appointments will be made on a regular basis subject to a 1-year probation period, extendable up to 2 years.

  • Allowances: No TA/DA will be admissible to candidates appearing for tests or interviews.

  • Document Verification: Original documents and credentials will be verified at the time of the interview.

  2. Attach attested copies of educational certificates/degrees, CNIC, domicile, experience certificates, and recent photographs.
