The Ministry of Defence Production has announced multiple career opportunities for Pakistani nationals under the government-approved development project titled “Establishment of Project Management Cell (PMC) for Creation of Shipyard at Gwadar”. These positions are offered on a contract basis for an initial period of one year, which is extendable based on performance. List of Vacancies and Eligibility Details

• 01 CFO / Accounts Officer (PPS-07): Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting (CA preferred) with at least 10 years of corporate experience and age up to 50 years.

• 01 Assistant Private Secretary (PPS-06): Bachelor’s degree with 100/50 WPM shorthand/typing speed, 2 years of relevant experience, and age up to 50 years.

• 01 Assistant (PPS-05): Bachelor’s degree with an IT diploma, 35 WPM typing speed, 3 years of relevant experience, and age up to 50 years.

• 01 Driver (PPS-01): Primary pass with a valid LTV driving license, 2 years of driving experience, and age up to 50 years.

• 01 Naib Qasid (PPS-01): Matric pass with relevant experience, capable of reading and writing English, and age up to 50 years.

• 01 Sanitary Worker / Sweeper (PPS-01): Primary pass with relevant hygiene/cleaning experience and age up to 50 years.

Terms & Conditions

• Appointments will be made on a contract basis for an initial period of 1 year, extendable on performance under the Standard Pay Package of PSDP Project.

• A general 5 years age relaxation has already been included as per Government Rules.

• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for tests or interviews, and no TA/DA will be admissible.

• Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.

• Tests and interviews will be held at Rawalpindi, with preference given to local candidates for PPS-01 positions.
