General Eligibility Criteria

• Academic Qualifications:

  • HR Roles: MBA in Human Resources from a reputable HEC-recognized university or higher qualification in HR from a reputable national/international institute.

  • Technical / Engineering Roles: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering in the field of Mining, Metallurgy, Electrical, Mechanical, Geology, or Geophysics, registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).

• Experience Requirements:

  • Senior Executive Roles (GM Level): 20–25 years of post-qualification experience in relevant fields.

  • Managerial Roles: 7–10 years of post-qualification experience in relevant fields.

• Age Limit:

  • General Manager Positions: 40 to 50 years.

  • Manager Position: 25 to 35 years.

• In-Service Candidates: Government servants must apply through proper channels by submitting a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective departments.
