The Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training (M/o FE&PT) has received financing from the World Bank toward the project "Actions to Strengthen Performance for Inclusive and Responsive Education Program, Pakistan (ASPIRE)". The ministry invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible individual consultants and professionals for key technical and reform positions. Below are the comprehensive details regarding the available vacancies, eligibility criteria, terms and conditions, and how to apply.

List of Vacancies & Eligibility Details

• (01 Consultant - Education Policy, Planning and Reforms): Master's degree in education policy, public policy, or social sciences with a minimum of 20 years of progressively responsible professional experience in education sector planning and reform.

• (01 Young Professional - Education / Training): At least 16 years of education in social sciences, public policy, or development studies with at least 2 years of relevant experience in public sector education development programs.

• (01 Young Professional - Partnerships, Stakeholder Engagement and Inclusion): Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related discipline with up to 1 year of relevant professional experience.

Terms & Conditions

• Selection will be conducted in accordance with Section 6 of the PPRA's Procurement of Consultancy Services Regulations, 2010.

• All candidates must disclose any potential or actual conflict of interest along with their Expressions of Interest.
