List of Vacancies and Eligibility Criteria

• (01 Chief Executive Officer (CEO)): Master's degree (16 years) in Public/Business Administration, Management Sciences or Finance with 15 years post-qualification experience (at least 6 years in a senior leadership/management position); Minimum age 45 years

• (01 Director Clinical & Therapeutic Services): Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Speech & Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or related discipline with 10 years experience (at least 3 years in a supervisory role); Minimum age 35 years.

• (01 Director Education & Programs): Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership/Management, Psychology or related field with 10 years experience (at least 3 years in a supervisory leadership role); Minimum age 35 years

• (01 Director Finance, Accounts & Budget): Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration or Economics (or CA/ACCA/CMA) with 10 years experience (at least 3 years in a managerial role); Minimum age 35 years.

• (01 Company Secretary / Head Legal & Corporate Affairs): Master's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Law, Finance or Corporate Governance (eligibility under Companies Act/SECP) with 10 years experience; Minimum age 35 years

• (01 Director Quality, Safeguarding, Research & M&E): Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, Sociology, Public Health, Research or related discipline with 10 years experience (at least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role); Minimum age 35 years.

• (01 Director HR & Administration): Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Public/Business Administration or related field with 10 years post-qualification experience in HR management (at least 3 years in a managerial role); Minimum age 35 years

• (01 Admin Officer): Master's degree in Public/Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences or related discipline with 3 years post-qualification experience in administration or HR operations; Minimum age 25 years.

• (01 Procurement & Contracts Officer): Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Commerce, Finance or Economics with 3 years relevant post-qualification experience; Minimum age 25 years

• (01 ICT / MIS & Records Officer): Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related discipline with 3 years post-qualification experience in ICT systems/MIS; Minimum age 25 years.

• (01 Clinical Coordinator / Case Management Lead): Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Speech & Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or related discipline with 5 years post-qualification experience; Minimum age 30 years

• (01 Education & Inclusion Lead): Master's/MPhil in Special Education, Educational Leadership, Psychology or related field with 5 years post-qualification experience in special/inclusive education; Minimum age 30 years.

• (01 Vocational / Life Skills & Outreach Lead): Master's degree in Special Education, Psychology, Social Work, Vocational Rehabilitation or related discipline with 5 years post-qualification experience; Minimum age 30 years.

Terms & Conditions

• Recruitment will be made purely on merit on a contract basis, subject to terms and conditions prescribed by the Competent Authority.

• Serving government, semi-government, autonomous body, and public sector employees must apply through proper channel and produce an NOC.

• Only shortlisted eligible candidates will be called for test and/or interview, and no TA/DA will be admissible.

• The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts, withhold appointment against any advertised post, or cancel the recruitment process at any stage.
