Terms & Conditions

Before applying, please ensure you review the standard employment terms and eligibility requirements:

• Selection Basis: The advertised posts will be filled strictly on an open merit basis.

• Age Limit: The maximum age limit is 62 years, which will be calculated as of the closing date for application submissions.

• Tenure of Contract: The appointment is initially for a period of three (3) years. It is further extendable for a maximum period of two (2) years on an annual basis, subject to satisfactory performance.

• Pay Package:

  • MP-II Scale: Includes a basic pay of Rs. 263,180/- with an annual increment of Rs. 39,480/-, House Rent of Rs. 95,700/-, transport monetization of Rs. 77,430/-, and utilities charges of Rs. 11,970/-.

  • MP-III Scale: Includes a basic pay of Rs. 184,230/- with an annual increment of Rs. 26,320/-, House Rent of Rs. 47,850/-, transport monetization of Rs. 65,060/-, and utilities charges of Rs. 8,380/-.
