Second Class or Grade 'C' Master's degree or 4-year Bachelor's degree (BS) in Public Administration / Business Administration / Commerce / Economics / Law (LL.B.) from an HEC-recognized university.

2 years relevant experience in estate management, administrative operations, or property allotment protocols.

Age Limit: 22–30 years + 5 years general age relaxation (Up to 35 years).

Domicile / Quota: All Pakistan Open Merit and Provincial Quotas.

Online Fee Payment: Application processing fees (Rs. 300/- for BS-16 to BS-17; Rs. 750/- for BS-18) must be paid online against a unique PSID generated via the FPSC web portal using the 1-Link facility (ATMs, Mobile Banking apps, Internet Banking).

Departmental Permission Certificate (DPC): Serving government employees must obtain a DPC from their respective parent department prior to applying and enter the reference details in the online form.

General Age Relaxation: Upper age limit includes 5 years of general age relaxation granted across the board under Federal Government service rules.

Professional Registration: Candidates applying for engineering roles must hold a valid PEC registration certificate on or before the closing date.

Screening Test: Shortlisting will be based on an objective MCQ screening test conducted by FPSC. Admission slips must be downloaded directly from the official FPSC portal.
