List of Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for this prestigious role, candidates must fulfill the following:

• Educational Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in Law with 5 years of professional experience in the relevant field.

  • OR Masters in Law (LLM) with 7 years of professional experience in the relevant field.

• Professional Credentials:

  • Expertise in drafting or reviewing international conventions, agreements, MOUs, and contracts.

  • Strong understanding of International Law.

  • Proven skills in rendering legal opinions on policy and regulatory matters.

  • Experience in legislative drafting.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the office at national and international fora.

Preference will be given to candidates based on the following hierarchy of experience:

1. Public Sector experience.

2. State-run corporations/entities.

3. Private corporations of repute.
