Terms & Conditions

Before submitting your application, please review the crucial terms and conditions:

• Nature of Appointment: All appointments will be purely on a contract basis for a period of two (02) years or until the completion of the project, whichever is earlier.

• Government Servants: Candidates already working in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel and provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the interview.

• Age Relaxation: The cut-off date for age calculation is the closing date of application submission. Age relaxation will be admissible as per prevailing Federal Government Rules.

• Separate Applications: A candidate wishing to apply for more than one post must submit a separate form for each position.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for the purpose of the test or interview.

• Verification: Documents and degrees will be verified at the time of the interview. Any false or forged information will lead to immediate disqualification and legal action.

1. Online Registration: Eligible candidates must apply online through the National Job Portal (NJP) official website at www.njp.gov.pk.

2. Accurate Information: Ensure all entry fields (personal particulars, qualifications, religion, gender, etc.) are filled out accurately.

3. Testing Agency: Only eligible and shortlisted candidates will be called for the written or screening test conducted through Candidate Testing Service (CTS). Candidates can download roll number slips and view test lists on the official CTS website at www.cts.org.pk.

4. Rejection: Incomplete applications or those received after the closing date will not be entertained. Applications submitted by hand or through postal/courier services will also be rejected.
