The Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development (M/o OPHRD) has announced a prestigious opportunity for government officers to serve in Pakistan Missions abroad. This recruitment drive aims to select capable officers for foreign postings to manage community welfare and labor-related matters.


M/o OPHRD Jobs 2026: Community Welfare Attachés (CWA)

Applications are invited from eligible government officers currently working in BS-18 and BS-19 for selection as Community Welfare Attachés. These positions offer a unique opportunity to represent Pakistan and support the overseas Pakistani community globally.

  • Community Welfare Attaché (BS-18)

  • Community Welfare Attaché (BS-19)


Eligibility and Selection Process

  • Target Applicants: Only serving government officers in the specified pay scales (BS-18/19) are eligible to apply.

  • Age Limit: The upper age limit is 40 years for BS-18 and 48 years for BS-19.

  • Written Test: The assessment will be conducted by the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi, at designated centers in Islamabad and Karachi on Sunday, May 03, 2026.
