Are you a regular government servant seeking an opportunity to serve pilgrims in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia? The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony (MoRA&IH), Government of Pakistan, has announced hiring for the services of Khuddam-ul-Hujjaj and Nazims (Male/Female) for the Hajj Operation 2027.

The selection process will be conducted transparently through the Open Testing Service (OTS) in accordance with the prescribed Federal, Provincial, and Regional FPSC quotas. Eligible regular Federal and Provincial Government employees (BS-07 to BS-18) are invited to apply for these administrative, supervisory, and field support roles.

• Supervisory Staff (BS-17 to BS-18)

  • Eligible Cadre: Regular Federal / Provincial Government Employees (Male & Female).

  • Role: Overseeing operations and supervising welfare services for pilgrims in Saudi Arabia.

• Field / Support Staff (BS-07 to BS-16)

  • Eligible Cadre: Regular Federal / Provincial Government Employees (Male & Female).

  • Role: Field support, facilitation, and welfare assistance for Hujjaj during the Hajj season.

(Note: The total number of positions is subject to increase, decrease, or cancellation based on actual operational requirements, Hajj quota, and Saudi Taleemat).

Terms & Conditions

• Employment Status: Only regular Federal and Provincial Government employees (BS-07 to BS-18) are eligible to apply.

• Selection Testing: Selection will be made through written tests and, where applicable, physical/endurance tests conducted by OTS.

• Quota & Rules: Selection will strictly follow the approved eligibility criteria, regional quota distribution, and selection mechanism.

• Information Updates: Candidates must regularly visit the official OTS portal for Roll Number Slips, Test Schedules, Results, and related announcements.
