Ministry of Religious Affairs Scholarship 2026 Pakistan Minorities' Welfare Fund Application Form
The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony, Government of Pakistan, has officially announced educational scholarships under the Pakistan Minorities' Welfare Fund for the financial year 2026–27. These scholarships are designed to support eligible regular students belonging to minority communities who are enrolled in public sector educational institutions, covering primary up to professional level studies.
This merit-and-need-based financial assistance scheme aims to empower minority youth across Pakistan by alleviating educational expenses and encouraging academic excellence.

Eligible only for regular minority students studying in Government Institutions; students from private institutions are not eligible.

Candidates must have passed their annual examination during the last one year with a minimum score of 50% marks (or an official evaluation sheet for the GPA system).

Income Limit: The monthly income of the candidate's parent or guardian must not exceed Rs. 80,000/- per month.

Students receiving financial assistance, stipends, or scholarships from any other source are ineligible to apply.

Students currently enrolled in Ph.D., M.Phil., and LL.B. degree programs are not eligible to apply.

Applications will only be accepted if submitted online in the first instance.

All particulars on the physical application form must be verified and certified by the Head of the respective Educational Institution.
How to Apply

Visit the official Ministry website at mora.gov.pk to complete and submit the online application form.

Download and print the completed application form containing the computer-generated registration number.

Get the printed application form certified and attested by the Head of your Educational Institution.

Gather the following mandatory supporting documents:

Attested copies of Mark Sheets / DMC / Progress Report of the last annual examination (or last two semesters / GPA evaluation sheet).

Original Income Certificate of father/guardian.

Attested copy of CNIC / NADRA Smart Card / B-Form of the student.

Valid/operational bank account details (attach an original Account Maintenance Certificate issued on the bank's official letterhead stating account title, account number, branch code, and IBAN).
