Terms & Conditions

1. Upon selection, candidates will receive a faculty position at the appropriate level (Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Full Professor) and grade/scale as per IPS MTI-HMC & Affiliate Institutes rules.

2. The employees will be allocated or placed at the appropriate level as per the Institutional Pay Scale (IPS) of MTI-HMC and Affiliate Institutes.

3. The services will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical & Teaching Institutions Reform (MTI) Act 2015.

4. Applicants having incomplete documents will not be entertained.

5. Selected candidates will serve MTI-HMC and Affiliate Institutes Peshawar under a specified probation period.

6. Only short-listed candidates will be called for interview. Candidates may be shortlisted either on the basis of pre-interview marks or based on an Entry Test if the number of applicants is very high.

7. In case an Entry Test is conducted for shortlisting, its marks will have no weightage in the total aggregate marks.

8. If the closing date falls on an official holiday, the next working day shall be considered as the closing date. Applications received after the closing time and date stand rejected.

9. The Scrutiny Committee of KGMC shall be competent to reject incomplete applications. However, aggrieved candidates can appeal to the Competent Authority (Dean MTI HMC and affiliate institutes) for review, whose decision shall be final.

10. Any candidate may be disqualified/excluded from the interview process if convicted by a court, previously dismissed from public service, knowingly furnishing false information, suppressing facts, attempting improperly to gain support, submitting forged certificates, tampering with age/academic documents, or misbehaving during the interview.

11. Any attempt to approach or influence the selection committee will automatically disqualify the applicant.

12. After a final decision, no correspondence regarding the recruitment process will be entertained.

13. Applicants working in private institutions must get prior approval/NOC from the HR Department of their respective institution. Government servants must apply through the proper channel and obtain an NOC.

14. In case of selection, civil servants will have to resign from civil service.

15. Original documents must be produced at the time of the interview.

16. No TA/DA is admissible for tests or interviews.

2. Pay a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 3000/- with the cashier (Account Section) at KGMC, Peshawar, or submit it online to the account titled "Salary Account of KGMC Employees", Account No. 3005642387, Bank of Khyber (BOK).

3. Fill out the application form completely and attach the original deposit slip, detailed bio-data, and attested copies of academic records and experience certificates.

4. Submit the complete application package to the Human Resource Department, Khyber Girls Medical College, PDA Building Block-IV, Phase-V Hayatabad, Peshawar.
