Terms & Conditions

• National Eligibility: Candidates from all over Pakistan are eligible to apply.

• Employment Status: Posts from S.# 01 to 06 are contractual and extendable up to 03 years. The Trainee Pharmacist position is contractual for 03 years on a non-extendable basis.

• ETEA Verification & Screening: Candidates will provisionally appear in the ETEA screening test. Applicants must create a profile on the ETEA website and get their CNIC verified from a NADRA e-Sahulat franchise/kiosk before applying.

• Previous Advertisements Withdrawn: Positions previously advertised under INF (P) 1614/26, 893/2026, 249/2026, 202/2026, 5094/25, and 241/23 are hereby withdrawn. All interested candidates, including previous applicants, must submit fresh applications through ETEA.

• Multiple Posts: Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate applications with separate processing fees.

• Government Servants: Applicants currently working in Government or Semi-Government bodies must apply through proper channels.

• Document Verification: Foreign degree holders must provide HEC equivalence certificates. Original documents along with one set of attested copies must be produced at the time of the interview.

• TA/DA: No Travelling Allowance or Dearness Allowance (TA/DA) will be admissible for the test or interview.

How to Apply

1. Visit the official ETEA portal at www.etea.edu.pk to apply online.

2. Upon submitting the online application, download and print the generated prescribed deposit slip.

3. Pay the non-refundable test fee via the Easypaisa app or at any branch of UBL / UBL OMNI agent.

4. Retain the candidate copy of the stamped original deposit slip safely; do not send documents or testimonials to the ETEA office at this stage.

5. Candidates who qualify for the screening test will be asked to submit hard copies of their testimonials for scrutiny later.

6. Roll number slips, test dates, and venue details will be made available on the ETEA website and communicated via SMS.
