Terms & Conditions

• Governance: The service of the incumbent shall be governed under the Medical Teaching Institution Act, 2015 (as amended) and the MTI Regulations made thereunder.

• Full-Time Employment: In case of appointment, the candidate will become a full-time institutional employee and must submit an accepted resignation from their current employer (local or foreign), including civil service of any Government.

• Integrity & Credentials: Any candidate found committing perjury in their documentation/credentials at any stage will be disqualified or terminated.

• Rights of Competent Authority: The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of positions or cancel the recruitment process for any or all of the positions advertised.

• Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.

• Disqualification Grounds: A candidate may be disqualified or excluded from the interview if he/she:

  • Is convicted by a court of law.

  • Has a previous history of dismissal from any service.

  • Knowingly furnishes false information or suppresses any information leading to disqualification.

  • Attempts to obtain support for his/her candidature by improper means.

  • Submits forged certificates/tampers with entries in his/her documents.

  • Misbehaves during the interview.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA shall be admissible for the interview.

• Screening Test: Services of ETEA-Khyber Pakhtunkhwa may be hired if deemed necessary, where the number of applicants is high and a screening test becomes essential.

• Grading Structure: Appointments shall be made under the MTI Grading structure.

• Incomplete Applications: Incomplete job applications shall not be entertained.
