• Nomenclature of Post: Charge Nurse (Male/Female)

• Employment Type: Contract (03 years, extendable on performance)

• Qualifications:

  • Registered Grade A Nurse with a valid Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) license.

  • General Nursing Diploma (3 years) with Midwifery/Specialty Diploma (1 year) from a PNC-accredited institution, OR BSN (Generic) with a minimum GPA of 2.5 from a PNC-accredited institution.

• Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a recognized teaching hospital for diploma holders, OR completion of a 1-year clinical internship in a recognized teaching hospital for BSN (Generic) graduates.

• Technical & Professional Skills: Computer literate, proficient in written and spoken English, general nursing care, patient assessment & monitoring, medication administration, nursing documentation, critical care (ICU/CCU), communication, and teamwork.

• Job Expectations: Deliver total holistic care to patients to an optimum level based on set standards of work, and perform additional duties as assigned.

Terms & Conditions

• Applications received after the closing date, incomplete submissions, or those lacking the required fee slip will be rejected.

• Experience marks will only be awarded for valid documentary evidence of relevant post-qualification experience. Degree-in-progress certificates are not accepted, and HEC equivalency certificates must be provided where applicable.

• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for tests or interviews. No TA/DA will be admissible.
