General Eligibility Criteria

• Domicile Requirement: Candidates must hold a valid domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) or Merged Districts (Erstwhile FATA)

• Academic Qualifications:

  • HR Roles: BBA (Hons) / MBA (16 years education) with specialization in HRM/HRD or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university/institution

  • Accounts / Finance Roles: MBA (Finance), M.Com, ACCA, Master's degree in Finance/Accounts, or BBA/B.COM (Hons) (16 years education) with specialization in Accounts/Finance/Banking.

  • IT / Technical Role: BS (04 Years) / MCS / MSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Health Informatics, Computer Engineering, or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university.

• Experience Criteria:

  • Human Resource Officer: Minimum 03 years relevant experience in an HR department, preferably in the healthcare industry or reputed public/private organization (hospital experience preferred).

  • Personnel Assistant: Minimum 01 year relevant experience in an HR department, preferably in healthcare or reputed public/private organization.

  • Accounts Officer: Minimum 03 years relevant experience in finance, accounts, budgeting, treasury, financial reporting, and audit coordination.

  • Cashier: Minimum 01 year experience in cash management, cashier operations, and revenue collection.

  • System & Network Support Technician: Minimum 02 years experience in computer hardware maintenance, LAN/WAN support, and network troubleshooting.

• Age Relaxation: Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing Government Rules.

• Government Servants: Candidates working in Government or Semi-Government bodies must apply through the proper channel.

• Foreign Qualifications: Candidates holding foreign degrees must provide HEC equivalency certificates.
