Hospital Director (HD)	5 Years	Master’s in Hospital Management/Public Health or MBBS with clinical management experience.
Medical Director (MD)	5 Years	MBBS with higher clinical qualifications (FCPS/FRCS) and 3 years of clinical management experience.
Nursing Director (ND)	5 Years	MSN or BScN with 7 years of administrative and teaching experience in healthcare.
Director Finance (DF)	3 Years	CA with 5 years experience or ICMA/Master's in Finance with 8 years experience.
Secretary (BoG)	3 Years	MBA/MPA/BBA (Hons) with 3 years of secretarial/office management experience.
