• Employment Restrictions: No student or any person employed anywhere else can be appointed as a Research Associate.

• Contract Duration: The position is offered initially for one year, but is extendable subject to satisfactory performance.

• Compensation Package: The selected candidate will receive a fixed pay package of Rs. 75,000 per month, with an annual increment at 7.0% of the starting pay.

• Merit List: A merit and waiting list of suitable candidates will be maintained by the selection committee, which remains valid for the duration of the project if the initial candidate does not join or leaves early.

• TA/DA Policy: No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the interview.
