Terms & Conditions

• Contributory Pension: A Contributory Pension Scheme shall be applied in case of initial/direct appointments.

• Multiple Applications: Candidates may apply separately for each post with an application fee, provided they are intended to apply for more than one position.

• Age Limit: The age limit for non-teaching/administrative positions is 18 to 35 years at the last date of advertisement, with relaxation as per rules.

• Quota Allocation: Quotas are strictly reserved: 3% for disabled persons, 5% for minorities (Non-Muslims), and 15% for women. Transgender candidates can also apply if eligible.

• Government Sector Applicants: Candidates already working in government, semi-government, or autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) by the due date.

• Shortlisting: Only short-listed candidates according to the University prescribed criteria will be called for tests or interviews.

• Rights of the University: The University reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts, or to not fill any post/withhold appointment without assigning any reason.

• Ineligibility: Candidates terminated, dismissed, or removed under any disciplinary law from government or semi-government service are not eligible to apply.

• Incomplete Submissions: Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.

How to Apply

1. Online Registration: Candidates must first apply online by visiting the official university website at www.mnsuam.edu.pk after carefully reading the guidelines. Applications through methods other than online will not be accepted by the university.

2. Hard Copy Submission: After completing the online submission, print the application and compile two sets (dossiers) for teaching positions or one set for non-teaching positions.

3. Required Documents: Attach attested copies of all certificates, degrees, testimonials, detailed marks certificates, experience certificates with specific dates, publications, research synopsis transcripts, equivalence certificates (if applicable), CNIC, and recent passport-size photographs.

4. Application Processing Fee: Draw an original Bank Draft of the fee amount in favour of Treasurer, Muhammad Nawaz Shareef University of Agriculture, Multan. The fee tiers are:

   • BPS-19 and above: Rs. 5000/-

   • BPS-17 and 18: Rs. 3500/-

   • BPS-16: Rs. 2000/-

5. Mailing Instructions: Applications must be sent through registered post or courier only; hand delivery will not be accepted. Clearly mention the name of the post applied for on the top right corner of the envelope.

The last date to apply online is 20.07.2026.

The hard copies of the applications along with required documents must reach the university office by 22.07.2026 for teaching positions, and by 22.07.2026 for non-teaching positions during office hours.
