The Office of the Municipal Committee Kharan, Government of Balochistan, has announced exciting new career opportunities for local residents of District Kharan. Applications are invited from eligible candidates to fill various vacant positions on a contract basis, with the potential for permanent status based on satisfactory performance.

Terms & Conditions

• Domicile Restriction: Applicants must strictly possess a local/domicile certificate and National Identity Card (CNIC) of District Kharan.

• Age Limit: The required age limit for candidates is between 18 to 30 years. Age relaxation will be granted in accordance with the current policy of the Government of Balochistan.

• Selection & Contract Type: Candidates will initially be appointed on a contractual basis, which can be made permanent based on performance and service evaluation.

• Interview Process: Interviews will be held in the presence of the Recruitment Committee at the Municipal Committee Office, Kharan. No TA/DA will be provided to anyone appearing for the test or interview.

How to Apply

Eligible and desirous candidates must submit a hard copy of their application to the designated office.

• Required Documents: Applications must be attached with attested copies of educational certifications, local/domicile certificates, CNIC, and two (2) recent passport-size photographs.

• Driving License: Applicants applying for HTV or LTV Driver positions must attach their valid driving licenses.

• Where to Submit: Applications must be submitted by hand or post to the Office of the Chief Officer, Municipal Committee Kharan.

The final deadline for the submission of applications is 26 June 2026. Applications received after this date will not be entertained under any circumstances.

Important Note Regarding Test / Interview

• Scrutiny: Following the scrutiny and verification of submitted documents, a test and interview will be conducted for the eligible candidates.
