Job Details & Requirements

• Position: Deputy Assistant Director (Operations)

• Maximum Age: 30 years

• Education: * Bachelor's (4 years) in Gender Studies, Sociology, Development Studies, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 16 years of HEC-verified education is mandatory.

  • Degrees must be recognized and attested by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

• Professional Experience: 0–1 year of relevant experience.

Core Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing inclusive registration initiatives and outreach drives.

• Liaise with government departments, NGOs, and local stakeholders for awareness activities.

• Monitor field activities and prepare progress reports for management.

• Conduct training and orientation for field staff on inclusive practices.

• Adapt to dynamic field conditions and handle operational challenges.

Terms and Conditions

• Contractual Basis: The appointment will be on a contract basis for an initial period of 6 months (probation), extendable if required.

• Age Relaxation: A 5-year general age relaxation is already included in the maximum age limit.

• Inclusivity: Women, minorities, transgender individuals, and differently-abled persons are encouraged to apply.

• Government Employees: Candidates working in government or semi-government organizations must provide an NOC during the application process.
