General Eligibility & Requirements

To be considered for these roles, candidates must adhere to the following eligibility guidelines:

• Educational Qualifications: * For Director-level roles: A Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Telecom Engineering, or a related field from an HEC recognized university.

  • For Senior Executive: DAE in Electrical, Electronics, Telecom, or a relevant field.

  • Important: Degrees must be attested by HEC (or the relevant board for DAE).

• Experience & Certifications: * Post-qualification experience ranges from 1 to 3 years depending on the post.

  • Professional certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, MCSE, or MCP are highly preferred.

• Age Limits:

  • Assistant Director roles: Maximum 37 years.

  • Deputy Assistant Director and Senior Executive roles: Maximum 30 years.

  • Age Relaxation: A general age relaxation of 5 years is already included in the maximum age limit mentioned.

• Selection Policy: * Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test or interview.

  • Management reserves the right to reject any application without assigning a reason.

  • Selection is based on a contract basis (initially for 6 months, extendable if required).
