NADRA is seeking experienced professionals for various Assistant Director roles. All positions require a maximum age of 37 years (including a 5-year general relaxation).

1. Assistant Director (Java Backend Developer)

• Education: Bachelor’s (4 years) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent. Master’s degree preferred.

• Experience: Preferably 3 years of experience in similar roles.

• Key Skills: Microservices, RESTful APIs, Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Docker, Kubernetes, and RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL).

2. Assistant Director (Project Coordinator)

• Education: Bachelor’s (4 years) in Business Administration, Project Management, Mass Communication, or Education. Master’s and PMP certification preferred.

• Experience: Preferably 3 years of post-qualification experience, ideally in IT or the Public Sector.

• Key Skills: Project workflow management, tracking schedules, stakeholder monitoring, and professional writing for international/government agencies.

3. Assistant Director (Business Analyst)

• Education: Bachelor’s (4 years) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering. Master’s degree preferred.

• Experience: Preferably 3 years of post-qualification experience in similar roles.

• Key Skills: Requirement gathering, Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and technical proposal writing.

4. Assistant Director (Technical Analyst)

• Education: Bachelor’s (4 years) in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Computer Science. Master’s degree preferred.

• Experience: Preferably 3 years of post-qualification experience and proficiency in technical reports/presentations.

• Key Skills: BRD/FSD/SRS documentation, use cases, data flow diagrams, and support for Digital ID frameworks.
