Terms & Conditions

• Place of Posting: Islamabad.

• Maximum Age Limit: 55 years (includes 5 years of general age relaxation).

• Educational Qualification: Master’s degree (minimum 16 years of education) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university. Degrees must be attested by HEC.

• Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Information Technology, including at least 8 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in the public sector, digital identity, or national-scale digital platforms is highly preferred.

• Probation Period: The selected candidate will undergo an initial probation period of six (06) months, which may be extended based on performance.

• NOC Requirement: Candidates serving in government or semi-government organizations must submit/attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their department at the time of application.

• Verification & Fitness: Selected candidates will be required to submit a Medical Fitness Certificate and a Character Certificate. Educational degrees and certificates must be presented at the time of the interview.

• Disqualification: Providing false, incorrect, or misleading information will result in immediate disqualification at any stage.

• Selection Rights: NADRA management reserves the right to reject any application or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for test or interview.
