The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), under the Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan, is inviting applications from qualified and motivated IT professionals for the role of Deputy Assistant Director (NOC) at its headquarters in Islamabad.

Terms & Conditions

• Place of Posting: Islamabad.

• Maximum Age Limit: 30 years (includes 5 years of general age relaxation).

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Telecom Engineering, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university (degrees must be attested by HEC). A Master's degree will be preferred.

• Experience & Skills:

  • 0–1 year of experience in NOC or Network Operations.

  • Certifications such as SolarWinds or Nagios will be preferred.

  • Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching), WAN/LAN technologies, servers, and firewalls.

  • Ability to perform first-level troubleshooting, maintain incident logs, and work in rotational shifts.

• Probation Period: The selected candidate will complete an initial probation period of six (06) months, extendable based on performance.

• NOC Requirement: Candidates serving in government or semi-government organizations must submit/attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their department at the time of application.

• Verification & Fitness: Selected candidates must submit a Medical Fitness Certificate and a Character Certificate. Verified educational documents/certificates must be presented at the time of the interview.

• Disqualification: Providing false, incorrect, or misleading information will result in immediate disqualification at any stage of recruitment.

• Selection Rights: NADRA management reserves the right to reject any application or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without giving reasons.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for test or interview.
